Veo | Terms and Conditions

These are the terms and conditions (“Rules”) that apply to the Gift of Kit x Veo Giveaway (“Programme”). By entering the Programme, each entrant agrees to these Rules and confirms they have read and understood the Gift of Kit Privacy Notice at www.giftofkit.com/privacy-policy.

1. Promoter

This Programme is run by Kit For Sport Ltd (“Gift of Kit”), Unit 7, Gate Farm, Sutton Benger, Chippenham, Wiltshire, SN15 4RE, registered in England and Wales (10425917), in collaboration with Veo Technologies ApS., a Danish company with its principal place of business at Rovsingsgade 68, 2100 København Ø, company registration number 37240834 (the “Veo”)

2. Free Entry

The Programme is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.

3. Entry Period

The Programme opens for entry at 23:59 (UK time) on 04/07/2025 and closes at 23:59 (UK time) on 30/07/2025 (“Entry Period”). Entries received outside of the Entry Period will not be considered.

4. How to Enter

Programme entrants must complete the following steps during the Entry Period:

• Complete the entry form at www.giftofkit.com/veo

   

• Like and share the competition post(s) on Instagram or Facebook.

   

• Follow Gift of Kit and Veo on either Instagram or Facebook.

   

5. Entry Responsibility

Neither Gift of Kit nor Veo accepts responsibility for competition entries that are corrupted, not successfully completed or transmitted, lost, damaged or delayed, regardless of cause.

6. Eligibility

To participate in the Programme, submissions must be made by an adult (18+). Submissions must be on behalf of an amateur or grassroots football rugby team based in the United Kingdom. One entry per team is permitted.

7. Not Eligible

The following are not eligible to enter:

• Employees, contractors or agents of Gift of Kit or Veo Technologies.

   

• Immediate family or household members of the above.

   

• Anyone professionally connected with the operation of the Programme.

   

• Teams with existing contractual agreements that would prevent them from accepting the prize.

   

Gift of Kit reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time.

8. The Prize

Three (3) winning teams will each receive the following kit package:

• 1 x Veo Go iPhone Rig & Tripod
• 12-month subscription to the advanced analysis platform, Veo Editor

9. Prize Terms

The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative is available. Gift of Kit may substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or higher value if necessary.

10. Winner Selection

Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries shortly after the close of the Entry Period.

11. Notification of Winners

Winners will be contacted within one (1) week of the draw using the contact details provided at entry. It is the entrant’s responsibility to monitor communications, including spam or junk folders.

12. Claiming the Prize

Winners must claim their prize within five (5) working days of being contacted. If a winner does not claim the prize in time, another team will be drawn and offered the prize, with three (3) working days to accept.

13. Ordering and Fulfilment

Winners will receive instructions via email to complete their order through Veo.com. Orders are subject to Veo.com’s terms and conditions. All items are subject to availability.

14. Delivery

Following successful order placement, kit will be delivered within fourteen (14) working days of order confirmation. Delays due to external factors may occur, and winners will be informed accordingly.

15. Public Announcement

Gift of Kit will publish or make available the surname and county of winners within one (1) month of the Entry Period ending. Entrants can object to publication by contacting helpdesk@giftofkit.com.

16. Publicity Consent

Entrants agree to participate in reasonable publicity if requested. Each entrant agrees that Gift of Kit and TNT Sports may share, publish or promote any image, video, text or other content submitted or uploaded to any website in connection with this Promotion Programme on its corporate website, blogs or its Facebook, Instagram or Twitter account. Each participant grants Gift of Kit and TNT Sports a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable licence in perpetuity, for the full period of the intellectual property rights in the competition entry, to use, display, publish, transmit, copy, edit, alter, store, re-format and sub-licence the intellectual property rights in the Programme entry for such purposes.

By entering this competition, you agree to receive marketing emails from Gift of Kit and Veo Technologies. You can unsubscribe at any time.

17. Liability

Neither Gift of Kit nor Veo is responsible for:

• Loss not caused by them directly.
• Losses caused by events beyond reasonable control.
• Loss of profit or indirect loss.

  Nothing excludes liability for fraud or personal injury caused by negligence. Consumer rights remain unaffected.

18. Tampering

Attempts to disrupt the Programme may result in disqualification and could lead to legal action.

19. Variation & Cancellation

Gift of Kit reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Programme if necessary, including for legal or unforeseen reasons.

20. Disqualification

Gift of Kit may disqualify entries that breach these Rules or the spirit of the Programme.

21. Disputes

Gift of Kit’s decisions are final. In the case of conflict between these Rules and other Programme materials, these Rules prevail.

22. Code of Conduct

 The Team agrees to uphold and promote the positive image, values, and reputation of Liquid I.V® and Gift of Kit at all times while wearing apparel bearing the Brand’s logo. The Team shall ensure that its players, coaching staff, and representatives conduct themselves in a professional, respectful, and sportsmanlike manner during all public appearances, competitions, media engagements, and social media activity. In the event that the Team, or any of its members, engages in conduct that, in the reasonable opinion of Liquid I.V® and Gift of Kit, brings the Brand into disrepute or is inconsistent with the Brand’s values and public image, Liquid I.V® and Gift of Kit reserves the right to immediately revoke the Team’s right to wear or display the Brand’s logo and to demand the return of all branded apparel and materials.

23. Law & Jurisdiction

This Programme is governed by English law. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.

24. Data Protection

Entrants’ personal data will be processed according to the Gift of Kit Privacy Policy at www.giftofkit.com/privacy-policy.
