These are the terms and conditions (“Rules”) that apply to the Gift of Kit x Veo Giveaway (“Competition”). By entering the Competition, each entrant agrees to these Rules and confirms they have read the Gift of Kit Privacy Notice available at www.giftofkit.com/privacy-policy.
The Competition is run by Kit For Sport Ltd, trading as Gift of Kit (“Gift of Kit”), Unit 7, Gate Farm, Sutton Benger, Chippenham, Wiltshire, SN15 4RE, registered in England and Wales (10425917), in collaboration with Veo Technologies ApS (“Veo”), a Danish company with its principal place of business at Rovsingsgade 68, 2100 Copenhagen O, Denmark, company registration number 37240834.
The Competition is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.
The Competition opens at 9:00am (UK time) on Monday 28 September 2026 and closes at 11:59pm (UK time) on Saturday 31 October 2026 (the “Entry Period”). Entries received outside the Entry Period will not be considered.
To enter, entrants must complete all of the following during the Entry Period:
Gift of Kit may request reasonable evidence that the social media entry requirements have been completed. Entries that do not satisfy all entry requirements may be disqualified.

Gift of Kit reserves the right to request proof of eligibility and to disqualify an entry where eligibility cannot reasonably be verified.
There is one (1) Prize available. The winning team will receive:
The football kit will be supplied by Kit For Sport Ltd. The kit will be New Balance, Nike, adidas, Joma or another suitable manufacturer selected by Gift of Kit, depending on stock, sizing, colour and product availability. The exact kit design, manufacturer and product range are not guaranteed.
The Veo camera package will be supplied by Veo Technologies ApS and will be subject to Veo’s applicable product, subscription and account terms.
The Prize consists of two separately fulfilled elements. Kit For Sport Ltd is responsible only for the football kit element and is not responsible for the supply, availability, delivery, performance, subscription, warranty or support of the Veo camera package. Veo is responsible only for the Veo camera package and is not responsible for the manufacture, personalisation, availability, delivery or performance of the football kit.
Each supplier remains responsible for its own element of the Prize, subject to these Rules and any applicable consumer rights.
The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative is available. The Prize may not be exchanged for other products or services except where a supplier reasonably needs to substitute an unavailable item with an alternative of equivalent or greater value.
All Prize elements are subject to availability. Gift of Kit may make reasonable changes to kit manufacturer, style or specification where required by stock availability. Veo may make reasonable changes to the Veo package where a stated component becomes unavailable, provided the replacement is of equivalent or greater value or functionality.
The winning team will be selected at random from all eligible entries after the Competition closes using a random selection process. Gift of Kit’s decision in relation to the administration of the draw is final.
The winner will be contacted using the details provided in the entry form and will be informed no later than Thursday 5 November 2026. Entrants are responsible for monitoring the contact details they provide, including spam or junk email folders.
The winner must respond and confirm acceptance of the Prize within five (5) working days of being contacted. If the winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within that period, is found to be ineligible, or cannot accept the Prize in accordance with these Rules, Gift of Kit reserves the right to withdraw the Prize and select another winner at random from the remaining eligible entries.
The winning team will receive separate instructions for the football kit and Veo elements of the Prize.
For the football kit, the winner will be required to provide the information reasonably needed to complete the order, including sizes, squad numbers, team badge artwork and delivery details. Delivery times will depend on stock availability, personalisation and manufacturing lead times, and any delivery estimate provided is indicative only.
For the Veo package, the winner may be required to create or maintain a Veo account and provide the information reasonably required by Veo to arrange delivery, activation and use of the subscription services.
Gift of Kit and Veo may announce the name of the winning club and may use photographs, video and other content relating to the winner and the Competition for reasonable promotional purposes. If the winning team objects to publication of its name, it should contact helpdesk@giftofkit.com. This will not affect any disclosure that is required by law or regulation.
The winning team agrees not to use the Prize or represent Gift of Kit or Veo in a way that is fraudulent, unlawful, abusive or could reasonably bring either organisation into disrepute. Gift of Kit reserves the right to withdraw any unfulfilled element of the Prize where serious fraudulent, abusive or unlawful behaviour relating to the Competition is identified.
Personal information submitted as part of the Competition will be processed by Gift of Kit in accordance with the Gift of Kit Privacy Policy. Information will be used as necessary to administer the Competition, verify entries, select and contact the winner, and arrange fulfilment of the Prize.
The entry form may give entrants separate optional choices to receive marketing, offers or other communications from Gift of Kit and/or Veo. These choices are voluntary and are not a condition of entering the Competition or winning the Prize.
If an entrant wins, Gift of Kit may share the minimum personal information reasonably necessary with Veo to verify the winner and fulfil the Veo element of the Prize, whether or not the winner opted in to Veo marketing. This fulfilment data must not be treated as marketing consent.
Entrants may withdraw marketing consent or unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe method provided in the relevant communication. Withdrawal of marketing consent does not affect Competition eligibility or any processing already lawfully carried out.
Existing Gift of Kit subscribers
If you are already subscribed to receive marketing communications from Gift of Kit, your existing subscription will continue regardless of whether you select the Gift of Kit marketing opt-in when entering this Competition. The marketing opt-in presented as part of the Competition does not withdraw or replace any consent or subscription preferences you have previously provided to Gift of Kit.
You can unsubscribe from Gift of Kit marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link contained in any Gift of Kit marketing email, or by contacting privacy@giftofkit.com.
Gift of Kit and Veo accept no responsibility for entries that are lost, incomplete, corrupted, delayed or not successfully transmitted due to technical failures or circumstances beyond their reasonable control.
This Competition is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Facebook or Meta. Entrants release those platforms from responsibility for the administration of the Competition to the extent permitted by law.
Gift of Kit and Veo will not be responsible for losses caused by events outside their reasonable control or for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable. Nothing in these Rules excludes or limits liability where it cannot legally be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Entrants’ statutory rights are unaffected.
Gift of Kit may disqualify entries that breach these Rules, contain false or misleading information, attempt to manipulate the draw, or otherwise undermine the fair operation of the Competition.
Gift of Kit reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the Competition where reasonably necessary because of circumstances outside its control, legal or regulatory requirements, fraud, technical failure or another event that materially affects the fair or safe operation of the Competition.
These Rules are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where applicable law gives an entrant the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
