These are the terms and conditions (“Rules”) that apply to the TNT Sports x Gift of Kit Programme (“Programme”). By entering the Programme, each entrant agrees to these Rules and confirms they have read and understood the Gift of Kit Privacy Notice at www.giftofkit.com/privacy-policy
This Programme is run by Kit For Sport Ltd (“Gift of Kit”), Unit 7, Gate Farm, Sutton Benger, Chippenham, Wiltshire, SN11 8FR registered in England and Wales (10425917), on behalf of TNT Sports Broadcasting Limited incorporated and registered in England and Wales with company number 13545383 whose registered office is at Chiswick Park Building 2, 566 Chiswick High Road, London, England, W4 5YB (“TNT Sports”).
The Programme is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.
Entry period: The Programme opens for entry at 12:01 am (UK time) on 11th May 2026 and closes at 11.59 pm (UK time) on 25th May 2026 (“Entry Period”). Entries received outside of the Entry Period will not be considered.
How to enter: Programme entrants must complete the following steps during the Entry Period:
(i) visit www.giftofkit.com/tnt-sports (“Programme Website”);
(ii) complete all information specified in the entry form.
Entrants must also provide their email address and phone number to Gift of Kit in order to participate.
Neither Gift of Kit nor TNT Sports accept responsibility for competition entries that are corrupted, not successfully completed or transmitted, lost, damaged or delayed, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any postal failure, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, website, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.
Eligibility: To participate in the Programme, submissions must be made by an adult (18+). Submissions must be on behalf of an amateur female football team (players aged 18+) (“Team”), which must meet the following criteria in order to be eligible:
The Team must be registered, or in the process of registering with their relevant nation’s governing body, for example their local County Football Association. Teams not yet formed will be expected to provide evidence of their County FA affiliation application.
Only one (1) entry to this Programme per Team is permitted.
Members of the Team (and / or anyone who makes a submission on a Team’s behalf) must have internet access to enter the Programme.
Members of the Team must be residents in Great Britain or Northern Ireland.
Not eligible: The following persons are not eligible to enter the Programme:
any employee or other individual engaged by either Gift of Kit or TNT Sports or any of its associated companies;
members of the immediate family and/or household (whether related or not) of any of those individuals;
anyone else professionally involved with the operation or administration of the Programme; or
Teams who have an existing contractual relationship with a kit manufacturer, kit distributor or sponsor that prohibits them from wearing the kit provided by Gift of Kit.
In entering the Programme, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.
Gift of Kit reserves the right at any time to require proof of eligibility in such form as Gift of Kit reasonably considers necessary.
The Prize: The winning Team will win a “Programme Support Package” consisting of:
Sixteen (16) sets of football jerseys, shorts and socks. Jerseys will have the TNT Sports logo printed on the front.
Sixteen (16) sports bras.
There are a minimum of twenty five (25) packages to be distributed through this Programme (“Programme Support Package”) across England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
The Programme Support Package is non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative is available. Gift of Kit has the discretion to vary or swap a Programme Support Package for an alternative prize of equal or higher value if necessary for reasons beyond Gift of Kit’s control.
Selection of winners: Gift of Kit shall select the winning Teams at random using a random selection tool as soon as reasonably possible after expiry of the Entry Period.
Notification of winners: The winning Teams will be notified using any of the contact details provided in the entry form at the time of entry. Winning Teams will be notified within one (1) week following the selection. Gift of Kit will make reasonable efforts to contact the winning Teams, but it is the winning Teams’ responsibility to monitor their voicemail and email account, including any junk mail folder, for receipt of the notification.
Claiming the prize: The winning Teams must accept their preferred Programme Support Package by placing their order within five (5) working days. Failure to order by the deadline will result in the team’s participation being forfeited and the selection of an alternative winning Team. Alternative recipient teams will be selected and notified as set out above and must claim the Programme Support Package within three (3) working days.
Ordering the prize: To order the Programme Support Package, an email will be sent to the recipient Teams’ email address (as submitted via the entry form) asking them to complete their order via a secure ordering platform. The winning Teams will be required to select from a specified range, and to specify the sizes required. All kits are subject to availability and Gift of Kit reserves the right to substitute items within the order for items of equal or equivalent value.
Delivery: Following successful completion of the order, the Programme Support Package will be distributed within twenty-eight (28) working days of the order date and will be delivered to the address provided at the point of order.
Kit distribution may be delayed due to circumstances outside the Gift of Kit or TNT Sports’ control. Gift of Kit will notify the recipient of any delays.
Announcement of winners: Gift of Kit must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation Gift of Kit will publish the surname and county of major prize winners within one (1) month from expiry of the Entry Period.
If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Gift of Kit at helpdesk@giftofkit.com. Please note that Gift of Kit must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
Publicity: By participating in this Programme, each entrant agrees for their Teams to take part in reasonable publicity connected with the Programme if requested and that Gift of Kit and TNT Sports are entitled (but not obliged) to use the winning Teams’ name and image in connection with such publicity.
Each entrant agrees that Gift of Kit and TNT Sports may share, publish or promote any image, text or other content submitted or uploaded to any website in connection with this Programme on its corporate website, blogs or its Facebook, Instagram or Twitter account.
Each participant grants Gift of Kit and TNT Sports a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable licence in perpetuity, for the full period of the intellectual property rights in the competition entry, to use, display, publish, transmit, copy, edit, alter, store, re-format and sub-licence the intellectual property rights in the Programme entry for such purposes.
Gift of Kit will seek permission to share any image or other content that includes players under the age of 18 years.

Liability: Gift of Kit and TNT Sports will not be liable for: (i) any loss that is not caused by Gift of Kit and TNT Sports (or any person acting on their behalf); (ii) any loss caused by any event or circumstance beyond Gift of Kit and TNT Sports reasonable control; (iii) any loss of profits or revenue, loss of anticipated savings or loss of goodwill.
However, nothing in these Rules limits or excludes any person’s liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or for any matter for which it would be illegal to limit or exclude liability.
In particular, consumers have legal rights in relation to products that are faulty or not as described and services which are not performed with reasonable care and skill and these legal rights are in addition to and are not affected in any way by anything contained in these Rules.
Further advice about consumer rights is available from any local Citizens’ Advice Bureau or local Trading Standards office.
In the event of cancellation, the Programme Support Package may be awarded to an alternative Team randomly drawn from entries received prior to cancellation.
