This survey prize draw is run by Kit For Sport Ltd, trading as Gift of Kit, Unit 7, Gate Farm, Sutton Benger, Chippenham, Wiltshire, SN11 8FR, registered in England and Wales under company number 10425917.
The survey is being run in partnership with Solar Car Parks.
By completing the survey and entering the prize draw, you agree to these terms and conditions.
The survey and prize draw will open at 10:00am on Friday 12 June 2026 and close at 23:59 on Friday 26 June 2026.
Entries received after the closing date and time will not be included in the prize draw.
The prize draw is open to UK-based grassroots sports clubs, schools and community sports organisations.
The person completing the survey must be aged 18 or over and authorised to enter on behalf of their club, school or organisation.
Employees, agents or representatives of Gift of Kit, Solar Car Parks, or their immediate families, are not eligible to enter.
Only one entry per club, school or organisation will be accepted.
To enter, you must complete the Solar Car Parks survey during the entry period and provide the requested contact details.
No purchase is necessary.
Gift of Kit is not responsible for entries that are incomplete, delayed, lost, corrupted or not received due to technical issues or any other reason outside its reasonable control.
One winning team will be selected at random to receive a match kit package for their team.
The prize consists of:
16 shirts
16 pairs of shorts
16 pairs of socks
Shirt numbers included
Solar Car Parks logo printed on the front centre of each shirt
The kit brand, style, colour and sizes will be subject to availability at the time of ordering.
The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and there is no cash alternative. Gift of Kit reserves the right to substitute the prize, or any part of it, with an alternative of equal or greater value if necessary due to availability or circumstances outside its reasonable control.
Any additional items, upgrades, printing, delivery requirements or costs not expressly included above will be the responsibility of the winning club, school or organisation unless agreed otherwise in writing.
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries using a digital random selection tool.
The draw will take place within five working days of the survey closing date.
The winner will be contacted using the details provided in the survey. If the winner does not respond within five working days, Gift of Kit reserves the right to select an alternative winner at random from the remaining eligible entries.
Gift of Kit’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the draw.
Gift of Kit will contact the winning club, school or organisation to confirm kit requirements, including sizes and any relevant ordering details.
The final kit order will be subject to supplier availability, production lead times and artwork approval.
The Solar Car Parks logo will be printed on the front centre of the shirts. By accepting the prize, the winning club, school or organisation agrees to receive the kit with this branding included.
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that Gift of Kit and Solar Car Parks may use the club, school or organisation name, county, photographs of the kit, and reasonable related information for publicity and promotional purposes.
The winner may object to this by contacting Gift of Kit, but Gift of Kit may still be required to publish or share limited winner information where required by law or by a regulatory authority.
Gift of Kit will collect and process personal data provided through the survey, including names, job roles, club or school details, email addresses, phone numbers, survey answers and any other information submitted as part of the survey.
This data will be used for the following purposes:
To administer the survey
To manage entry into the prize draw
To select, contact and verify the winner
To fulfil the prize
To analyse survey responses and understand the infrastructure, energy and commercial needs of grassroots sports clubs and schools
To identify clubs, schools or organisations that may be suitable for solar car park solutions
To contact entrants about relevant Solar Car Parks opportunities, offers, follow-up discussions or solutions, where consent has been provided
Gift of Kit will process personal data in accordance with UK data protection law, including the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
The lawful basis for processing data to administer the survey and prize draw is legitimate interests and/or performance of these prize draw terms. The lawful basis for contacting entrants with marketing, offers or promotional communications from or about Solar Car Parks is consent, where that consent has been provided.
Entrants can withdraw their consent to marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting Gift of Kit at privacy@giftofkit.com.
Survey data may be shared with Solar Car Parks where this is necessary to follow up with entrants who have indicated interest in solar car park solutions or where consent has been provided for Solar Car Parks-related contact.
Gift of Kit may also share limited data with trusted service providers where necessary to operate the survey, manage communications, analyse results or fulfil the prize. These providers will only process data on Gift of Kit’s instructions.
Gift of Kit will not sell personal data.
Personal data will only be kept for as long as necessary for the purposes described above. Prize draw records may be retained for a reasonable period after the draw for audit and compliance purposes. Survey and lead data may be retained for follow-up and reporting purposes unless an entrant requests deletion or withdraws consent where applicable.
Entrants have the right to request access to their personal data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion of their data, restriction of processing, objection to processing, and data portability where applicable.

Entrants also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office if they are unhappy with how their personal data is handled.

Gift of Kit reserves the right to refuse entry or withhold the prize if it believes an entrant has breached these terms, provided false information, acted fraudulently, or otherwise acted in a way that is inconsistent with the spirit of the prize draw.
Gift of Kit may amend, suspend or cancel the survey or prize draw where necessary due to circumstances outside its reasonable control.
These terms and conditions are governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
