This Privacy Notice explains how Gift of Kit (“Gift of Kit”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collects and uses personal information in connection with the Pears x Gift of Kit Glow Beyond Boundaries programme (“Programme”).

This notice should be read alongside the main Gift of Kit Privacy Policy.

Who is responsible for your information?

The Programme is operated by Kit For Sport Ltd trading as Gift of Kit, Unit 7, Gate Farm, Sutton Benger, Chippenham, Wiltshire, SN11 8FR.

Gift of Kit is the primary data controller for personal information collected through the Programme application process.

What information do we collect?

As part of your application, we may collect:

• Name
• Email address
• Telephone number
• Club and team information
• County and postcode
• Video submissions and related content
• Any information you choose to include within your application

If you choose to register interest in the optional ticket or flag bearer opportunities connected with the England vs New Zealand fixture at The Oval on 27 June 2026, we may also collect information relating to those preferences.

How do we use your information?

We use your information to:

• administer and manage the Programme;
• assess eligibility;
• contact applicants and winning teams;
• arrange kit fulfilment and delivery;
• review submitted content;
• administer optional matchday opportunities;
• prevent duplicate or fraudulent entries; and
• carry out reasonable publicity connected with the Programme where permitted.

Ticket & Flag Bearer Opportunities

If your team chooses to register interest in the optional ticket opportunity and/or flag bearer opportunity:

• Gift of Kit will collect your contact details as part of the application process;
• your information will only be shared with Unilever if your team is shortlisted in connection with those opportunities; and
• if your team is not shortlisted, your information will not be shared with Unilever for those purposes.

If shortlisted, Unilever may contact you directly regarding:

• ticket allocation;
• event attendance;
• flag bearer participation; and
• any additional requirements connected with the event.

Shortlisted teams may also be required to review and accept additional terms, conditions and privacy notices from Unilever, the ECB and/or associated event partners before participation can be confirmed.

Video Content

By submitting video or image content, you confirm that:

• you have permission to submit the content;
• any individuals featured have consented to the content being used in connection with the Programme; and
• the content is suitable for public use.

Please do not submit content featuring children unless you have the appropriate permissions and rights to do so.

Marketing Communications

If you choose to opt in, Gift of Kit and Pears may send you future news, updates and opportunities related to grassroots sport initiatives and campaigns.

You can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.

If you already receive marketing communications from Gift of Kit, opting out within this form will not automatically unsubscribe you from other existing marketing lists.

Legal Basis for Processing

We process personal information:

• to administer the Programme and fulfil our contractual obligations;
• because it is necessary for our legitimate interests in operating and promoting the Programme; and
• where applicable, based on your consent (for example, marketing communications).

How long do we keep your information?

We will only retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the administration of the Programme, related reporting obligations, legal requirements and dispute resolution purposes.

Your Rights

Under UK data protection law, you may have rights to:

• access your personal information;
• request correction of inaccurate information;
• request deletion of your information;
• object to certain processing activities; and
• withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
