Yes, there is lots of support available from easyfundraising. You can book a call with one of their fundraising experts for advice on making easyfundraising a success. There is a messenger service and a section on their website where you can download images and messages to share to encourage your community to support you.
Every three months, easyfundraising total up the donations raised by all of your supporters and pay you on what they call – Donation Day. There is a minimum £15 threshold your team needs to reach to get paid. If your team doesn’t meet it, your donations roll over to the next payment.
