Mis-sold Expert x Gift of Kit – Competition Terms & Conditions

These are the terms and conditions (“Rules”) that apply to the Mis-sold Expert x Gift of Kit Competition (“Competition”). By entering the Competition, each entrant agrees to these Rules and confirms they have read the Gift of Kit Privacy Notice available at www.giftofkit.com/privacy-policy.

1. Promoter

This Competition is run by Kit For Sport Ltd, trading as Gift of Kit (“Gift of Kit”), Unit 7, Gate Farm, Sutton Benger, Chippenham, Wiltshire, SN11 8FR, registered in England and Wales (10425917), on behalf of Mis-sold Expert.

The Competition is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.

2. Entry Period

The Competition opens at 12:01am (UK time) on Monday 17 August 2026 and closes at 11:59pm (UK time) on Monday 31 August 2026.

Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.

3. Eligibility

To enter the Competition:

• Entries must be submitted by a person aged 18 or over.
• Entries must be made on behalf of a UK grassroots youth football team aged between U6 and U16.
• Maximum team aged is U16
• Teams must be registered, or in the process of registering, with their relevant County Football Association.
• Teams must intend to compete during the 2026/27 season.

The following are not eligible to enter:

• Employees of Gift of Kit, Mis-sold Expert or their associated companies.
• Immediate family members of those employees.
• Anyone directly involved in administering the Competition.

Gift of Kit reserves the right to request proof of eligibility.

4. Prize

There are eight (8) prizes available.

Each winning team will receive:

• One football kit package consisting of 16 shirts, 16 pairs of shorts and 16 pairs of socks.
• Squad numbering.
• Mis-sold Expert sponsor branding applied to the shirts.

The exact kit design, colours and manufacturer will be determined by Gift of Kit and remain subject to availability.

The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative is available.

5. Winner Selection

The eight winning teams will be selected at random from all eligible entries shortly after the Competition closes using a random selection process.

Gift of Kit’s decision is final.

6. Winner Notification

Winning teams will be contacted using the details provided in their application within seven (7) days of the draw.

If a winning team does not respond or complete their kit order within seven (7) days of receiving ordering instructions, Gift of Kit reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select another winner.

7. Ordering & Delivery

Winning teams will receive access to an online ordering portal where they will select kit colours, sizes and provide delivery details.

Delivery is expected within approximately 4 weeks of the completed order, although this may vary depending on stock availability and manufacturing lead times.

8. Publicity

Gift of Kit and Mis-sold Expert may publish the names of winning clubs and use photographs, videos and other content relating to the Competition for promotional purposes.

If a winning team objects to this information being published, they should contact helpdesk@giftofkit.com.

9. Conduct

Winning teams agree not to use the kit or represent Mis-sold Expert or Gift of Kit in any way that could reasonably bring either organisation into disrepute.

Gift of Kit reserves the right to withdraw the prize if fraudulent, abusive or unlawful behaviour is identified.

10. Liability

Gift of Kit and Mis-sold Expert accept no responsibility for entries that are lost, incomplete, corrupted or delayed due to technical failures or circumstances beyond their reasonable control.

Nothing in these Rules excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded.

11. Cancellation

Gift of Kit reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the Competition where necessary due to circumstances outside its reasonable control.

12. Personal Data

Personal information submitted as part of the Competition will be processed in accordance with the Gift of Kit Privacy Policy.

13. Governing Law

These Rules are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
