Lotto | Terms and Conditions

These are the terms and conditions (the “Rules”) that apply to the Lotto x Gift of Kit Kit Giveaway Competition (the “Competition”). By entering the Competition, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Rules and confirms that they have read and understood the Gift of Kit Privacy Notice available at www.giftofkit.com/privacy.

1. PROMOTER

The Competition is promoted and administered by Kit For Sport Ltd, trading as Gift of Kit, Unit 7, Gate Farm, Sutton Benger, Chippenham, Wiltshire, SN11 8FR, registered in England and Wales (company number 10425917) (“Gift of Kit”).

The prize is provided and fulfilled by Kitlocker.com Limited (“Kitlocker”).

This Competition is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Meta (Facebook / Instagram) or X (Twitter).

2. ELIGIBILITY

2.1 Entry is open to individuals who:

• Are aged 18 years or over at the time of entry;
• Are entering on behalf of a grassroots football team or club;
• Are authorised by that team or club to enter;
• Are residents of the United Kingdom.

2.2 Entries must be made via an official team or club social media account. Entries submitted from personal accounts will not be valid.

2.3 Multiple entries per team or club is permitted.

2.4 The following persons are not eligible to enter:

• Employees, contractors or agents of Gift of Kit or Kitlocker;
• Members of the immediate families or households of such persons;
• Anyone professionally connected with the administration of the Competition.

2.5 Gift of Kit reserves the right at any time to require proof of eligibility and authorisation to enter on behalf of a team.

3. COMPETITION PERIOD

3.1 The Competition opens at 9:30am (UK time) on Monday 9 February and closes at 11:59pm (UK time) on Tuesday 4 March (the “Entry Period”).

3.2 Entries received outside the Entry Period will not be considered.

4. HOW TO ENTER

4.1 To enter the Competition, eligible teams must complete all of the following actions during the Entry Period:

• Follow Gift of Kit on the relevant social media platform;
• Share the Competition post to the team or club’s story;
• Comment on the Competition post tagging three (3) other teams.

4.2 Valid entry platforms are:

• Instagram
• Facebook
• X (Twitter)

4.3 Gift of Kit accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, corrupted, misdirected or not successfully completed due to technical or other reasons beyond its control.

5. THE PRIZE

5.1 One (1) winning team will receive:

• Sixteen (16) Lotto football shirts;
• Sixteen (16) Lotto football shorts;
• Sixteen (16) Lotto football socks.

5.2 The kit will be designed by the winning team using the Lotto Kitbuilder powered by Kitlocker.com at lotto-kitlocker.com.

5.3 All shirts will feature the Gift of Kit brand mark on the front of the shirt.

5.4 The winning team may add additional existing sponsors to sleeves, below the neck and/or below the squad number, subject to the regulations of their league or competition.

5.5 The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative is available.

6. WINNER SELECTION & ANNOUNCEMENT

6.1 One (1) winner will be selected by a random draw conducted using a digital random selection tool on Monday 9 March.

6.2 The winning team will be announced via Gift of Kit social media channels on Tuesday 10 March.

6.3 Gift of Kit’s decision is final and binding.

7. CLAIMING THE PRIZE

7.1 The winning team must contact helpdesk@giftofkit.com to claim the prize.

7.2 The prize must be claimed within fourteen (14) working days of the winner announcement.

7.3 If the prize is not claimed within this period, Gift of Kit reserves the right to forfeit the prize and select an alternative winner.

8. ORDERING, FULFILMENT & DELIVERY

8.1 Once the prize is claimed, Kitlocker will contact the winning team directly to manage:

• Kit design;
• Sizing;
• Order confirmation;
• Production;
• Delivery.

8.2 All communication regarding the kit order will be solely between the winning team and Kitlocker.

8.3 Estimated delivery time is 10–12 weeks from order acceptance. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary.

8.4 Gift of Kit accepts no responsibility or liability for:

• Manufacturing or production issues;
• Delivery delays;
• Product quality issues;
• Any loss, damage or injury arising from use of the prize.

8.5 Use of the Lotto Kitbuilder, Lotto products and Kitlocker services is subject to Kitlocker’s and Lotto’s own terms and conditions.

9. CODE OF CONDUCT

9.1 By accepting the prize, the winning team agrees to uphold the positive reputation and values of Gift of Kit, Lotto and Kitlocker.

9.2 Teams must ensure that players, staff and representatives behave in a respectful, inclusive and sportsmanlike manner while wearing the kit.

9.3 Gift of Kit reserves the right, at its reasonable discretion, to:

• Require the removal of the kit;
• Recall the prize in full;
• Withdraw future support;

if the team or any of its representatives engages in conduct that brings, or is likely to bring, the brands into disrepute.

10. PUBLICITY

10.1 By entering the Competition, entrants agree that Gift of Kit may announce the winning team name and use the team name for promotional purposes.

10.2 No images or content featuring players under the age of 18 will be used without appropriate consent.

11. LIABILITY

11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gift of Kit and Kitlocker shall not be liable for:

• Any loss not caused by their breach;
• Any loss caused by events beyond their reasonable control;
• Any indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit or goodwill.

11.2 Nothing in these Rules limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.

12. CANCELLATION & VARIATION

Gift of Kit reserves the right to vary, suspend or cancel the Competition or these Rules where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control or where required by law.

13. DISQUALIFICATION

Gift of Kit reserves the right to disqualify any entry or entrant that breaches these Rules, applicable law, or the spirit of the Competition.

14. DATA PROTECTION

Personal data will be processed in accordance with the Gift of Kit Privacy Notice at www.giftofkit.com/privacy and applicable UK data protection law.

15. GOVERNING LAW

These Rules are governed by English law, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except that residents of Scotland may bring proceedings in the Scottish courts.
