Liquid I.V.® | terms-and-conditions

These are the terms and conditions (“Rules”) that apply to the Liquid I.V.® x Gift of Kit Programme (“Programme”). By entering the Programme, each entrant agrees to these Rules and confirms they have read and understood the Gift of Kit Privacy Notice at www.giftofkit.com/privacy-policy


1. This Programme is run by KIT FOR SPORT LTD (“Gift of Kit”), Unit 7, Gate Farm, Sutton Benger, Chippenham, Wiltshire, SN11 8FR registered in England and Wales (10425917), on behalf of (2) UNILEVER UK LTD, a company incorporated and registered in England and Wales with registered company number 00334527 and whose registered office is Lever House, 3 St James Road, Kingston Upon Thames, United Kingdom, KT1 2BA (“Liquid I.V.®”).

2. The Programme is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.

3. Entry period: The Programme opens for entry at 12:01 am BSTon 08/07/2025 and closes at 11.59 pm BST on 25/07/2025 (“Entry Period”). Entries received outside of the Entry Period will not be considered.

4. How to enter: Programme entrants must complete the following steps during the Entry Period: (i) visit www.giftofkit.com/liquid-iv (“Programme Website”); (ii) complete all information specified in the entry form; (iii) Entrants must provide their email address and phone number to Gift of Kit in order to participate. (iv) Entrants can earn one additional chance to win for each of the following actions, completed via their own social media account and tagging the relevant team social account (as provided in the entry form):

• Follow @liquidiv.uk
• Share the programme social post (link: <insert link>)
• Tag @liquidiv.uk in a post or story about the programme

Each action must be performed from the entrant’s club or team social media account and must visibly include the tag and/or share. The name of the team social media account used to complete these actions must be provided in the entry form to qualify for bonus entries.

5. Neither Gift of Kit nor Liquid I.V.® accept responsibility for competition entries that are corrupted, not successfully completed or transmitted, lost, damaged or delayed, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any postal failure, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, website, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.

6. Eligibility: To participate in the Programme, submissions must be made by an adult (18+). Submissions must be on behalf of an amateur grassroots sports team (players aged 18+) (“Team”), which must meet the following criteria in order to be eligible;

a. The Team must be registered, or in the process of registering with their relevant governing body, for example their National or Local County Governing Body. Teams not yet formed will be expected to provide evidence of their Governing Body application.

b. Competing in one of the following sports:

• Football
• Cricket
• Rugby Union
• Rugby League
• Netball
• Hockey
• Basketball

c. Only one (1) entry to this Programme per Team is permitted.
d. Members of the Team (and / or anyone who makes a submission on a Team’s behalf) must have internet access to enter the Programme.
e. Members of the Team must be residents in Great Britain or Northern Ireland.

7. Not eligible: The following persons are not eligible to enter the Programme:

a. Any employee or other individual engaged by either Gift of Kit or Liquid I.V.® or any of its associated companies;
b. Members of the immediate family and/or household (whether related or not) of any of those individuals;
c. Anyone else professionally involved with the operation or administration of the Programme; or
d. Teams who have an existing contractual relationship with a kit manufacturer, kit distributor or sponsor that prohibits them from wearing the kit provided by Gift of Kit.

8. In entering the Programme, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.

9. Gift of Kit reserves the right at any time to require proof of eligibility in such form as Gift of Kit reasonably considers necessary.

10. The Prize: The winning Team will win a “Programme Support Package” for their chosen sport consisting of:
a. Football: Sixteen (16) sets of football jerseys, shorts and socks.
b. Cricket: Twelve (12) sets of cricket jerseys and trousers.
c. Rugby League and Union: Twenty (20) sets of rugby jerseys
d. Netball: Twelve (12) sets of netball dresses and patches.
e. Hockey: Sixteen (16) sets of hockey jerseys and skorts or shorts.
f. Basketball: Twelve (12) sets of basketball vests and shorts

All Jerseys, dresses and vests will have the Liquid I.V.® logo printed on the front.

There are a minimum of Forty (40) packages to be distributed through this Programme (“Programme Support Package”) across England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.

11. The Programme Support Package is non-transferable, non-refundable, non- exchangeable and no cash alternative is available. Gift of Kit has the discretion to vary or swap a Programme Support Package for an alternative prize of equal or higher value if necessary for reasons beyond Gift of Kit’s control.

12. Selection of winners: Gift of Kit shall select the winning Teams at random using a random selection tool as soon as reasonably possible after expiry of the Entry Period.

13. Notification of winners: The winning Teams will be notified using any of the contact details provided in the entry form at the time of entry. Winning Teams will be notified within one (1) week following the selection. Gift of Kit will make reasonable efforts to contact the winning Teams, but it is the winning Teams’ responsibility to monitor their voicemail and email account, including any junk mail folder, for receipt of the notification.

14. Claiming the prize: The winning Teams must accept their preferred Programme Support Package by placing their order within Seven (7) working days. Failure to order by the deadline will result in the team’s participation being forfeited and the selection of an alternative winning Team. Alternative recipient teams will be selected and notified as set out above and must claim the Programme Support Package within two (2) working days.

15. Ordering the prize: To order the Programme Support Package, an email will be sent to the recipient Teams’ email address (as submitted via the entry form) asking them to complete their order via a secure ordering platform. The winning Teams will be required to select from a specified range of designs, and to specify the sizes required. All kits are subject to availability and Gift of Kit reserves the right to substitute items within the order for items of equal or equivalent value.

16. Delivery: Following successful completion of the order, the Programme Support Package will be distributed within twelve (12) weeks of the order date and will be delivered to the address provided at the point of order. The lead times vary for each sport and Gift of Kit will provide estimated lead times to teams after their order is confirmed.
Kit distribution may be delayed due to circumstances outside the Gift of Kit or Liquid I.V.’s® control. Gift of Kit will notify the recipient of any delays.

17. Announcement of winners: Gift of Kit will publish the Team name of prize winners within [one] month from expiry of the Entry Period. If you object to your entry being published or made available, please contact the Gift of Kit at helpdesk@giftofkit.com. Please note that Gift of Kit must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

18. Publicity: By participating in this Programme, each entrant agrees for their Teams to take part in reasonable publicity connected with the Programme if requested and that Gift of Kit and Liquid I.V.® are entitled (but not obliged) to use the winning Teams’ name and image in connection with such publicity. Each entrant agrees that Gift of Kit and Liquid I.V.® may share, publish or promote any image, video, text or other content submitted or uploaded to any website in connection with this Programme on its corporate website, blogs or its Facebook, Instagram or Twitter account. Each participant grants Gift of Kit and Liquid I.V.® a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable licence in perpetuity, for the full period of the intellectual property rights in the competition entry, to use, display, publish, transmit, copy, edit, alter, store, re-format and sub-licence the intellectual property rights in the Programme entry for such purposes. If you do not wish for Gift of Kit to share your video, text or other content, please contact helpdesk@giftofkit.com and be sure to include your name and contact information.

19. Code of Conduct: The Team agrees to uphold and promote the positive image, values, and reputation of Liquid I.V® and Gift of Kit at all times while wearing apparel bearing the Brand’s logo. The Team shall ensure that its players, coaching staff, and representatives conduct themselves in a professional, respectful, and sportsmanlike manner during all public appearances, competitions, media engagements, and social media activity.
In the event that the Team, or any of its members, engages in conduct that, in the reasonable opinion of Liquid I.V® and Gift of Kit, brings the Brand into disrepute or is inconsistent with the Brand’s values and public image, Liquid I.V® and Gift of Kit reserves the right to immediately revoke the Team’s right to wear or display the Brand’s logo and to demand the return of all branded apparel and materials.

20. Liability: Gift of Kit and Liquid I.V.® will not be liable for: (i) any loss that is not caused by Gift of Kit and Liquid I.V.® (or any person acting on their behalf); (ii) any loss caused by any event or circumstance beyond Gift of Kit and Liquid I.V.® reasonable control; (iii) any loss of profits or revenue, loss of anticipated savings or loss of goodwill. However, nothing in these Rules limits or excludes any person’s liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or for any matter for which it would be illegal to limit or exclude liability. In particular, consumers have legal rights in relation to products that are faulty or not as described and services which are not performed with reasonable care and skill and these legal rights are in addition to and are not affected in any way by anything contained in these Rules. Further advice about consumer rights is available from any local Citizens’ Advice Bureau (https://www.citizensadvice.org.uk/) or local Trading Standards office (https://www.gov.uk/find-local-trading-standards-office). 19. Interference with the Programme: Any attempt to deliberately damage or undermine the content or legitimate operation of this Programme is prohibited and may be a violation of criminal and/or civil laws and in these circumstances Gift of Kit and Liquid I.V.® reserves all its rights and remedies.

21. Cancellation and variation: Gift of Kit reserves the right to vary, suspend or cancel the Programme and/or these Rules if it considers it necessary or appropriate to do so, including if there is any actual or anticipated breach of applicable law or if variation, suspension or cancellation is necessary due to an event outside Gift of Kit and Liquid I.V.® reasonable control. In the event of cancellation, the Programme Support Package may be awarded to an alternative Team randomly drawn from entries received prior to cancellation.

22. Disqualification: Gift of Kit reserves the right at any time to disqualify entries or entrants (including the recipient teams) that Gift of Kit and Liquid I.V.® regards as being in breach of these Rules, any applicable laws, any terms and conditions referred to in these Rules or the spirit of the Programme.

23. Disputes: If there is a dispute about the Programme or these Rules, Gift of Kit’s decisions are final. If there is a dispute between these Rules and any other document referred to in these Rules, these Rules take precedence to the extent necessary to resolve the conflict.

24. Law and jurisdiction: The Programme and these Rules are governed by English law, and any disputes arising in connection with them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom, except that residents of Scotland may also bring proceedings in the Scottish courts.

25. Personal data: Entrants acknowledge that any personal data of entrants processed in connection with this Programme will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Notice at www.giftofkit.com/privacy-policy
