HILTON STAY IN THE GAME TICKET COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These are the terms and conditions (“Rules”) that apply to the Hilton Stay In The Game Ticket Giveaway (“Competition”) by entering the competition, each entrant agrees to these Rules and confirms they have read and understood the Gift of Kit Privacy Notice at www.giftofkit.com/privacy

This competition is run by Kit For Sport Ltd (Gift of Kit), Unit 7, Gate Farm, Sutton Benger, Chippenham, Wiltshire, SN11 8FR registered in England and Wales (10425917), on behalf of Hilton Worldwide Ltd, registered in England and Wales (SC022163), 191 West George Street, Glasgow, United Kingdom, G2 2LD (Hilton).

Gift of Kit is the Competition Promoter and Hilton is the prize provider, responsible for prize winner management and fulfilment.

This prize draw is not in any way sponsored, endorsed or administered by The FA or Wembley Stadium connected by EE connected by EE. By entering the prize draw, you acknowledge that The FA shall not have any liability to you in connection with this prize draw.

We’re giving away:

The chance for one Hilton sponsored football team to receive two (2) General access tickets for England Men vs Uruguay football game at Wembley Stadium connected by EE connected by EE on 27th March 2026.
The chance for one Hilton sponsored football team to receive two (2) General access tickets for England Men vs Japan football game at Wembley Stadium connected by EE connected by EE on 31st March 2026.
The chance for one Hilton sponsored football team to receive two (2) General access tickets for England Lionesses vs Spain football game at Wembley Stadium connected by EE on 14th April 2026.

Hilton reserves the right to substitute the prize (or any part of it) for a prize or prizes of equivalent monetary value, if this is necessary due to reasons beyond our control e.g. match day change. There is no cash alternative to the prize (or any part of it) and unless Hilton notified you otherwise, the prize is non-refundable and non-transferable. All costs and expenses not included within the prize are the responsibility of the winner(s).

Who’s eligible to enter?

The prize draw is open to all winning teams of the Stay in The Game programme:

Receive the qualifying email from Gift of Kit to complete the Stay In The Game survey (‘Survey’) and successfully completes the Survey by 23:59:59 on 23rd February 2026;
are aged 18 or above; and
are not an employee, agent or representative of Hilton or Gift of Kit and their subsidiaries or other group companies, or a family member of someone who is.

How do I enter?

To enter you must complete the following actions:

Follow the instructions in the qualifying email and complete the Survey form at www.giftofkit.com/win-tickets between 15th February 2026 and 23rd February 2026 (‘entry period’);
Provide your name, email and phone number by completing the relevant Survey fields; and
Opt-in to the prize draw by ticking the ticket prize draw tick box in the Survey.

You can only submit one entry during the entry period. We can’t accept entries after the entry period.

We’re not responsible if you submit an entry that doesn’t follow these terms and conditions, including an entry that doesn’t go through because of technical problems.

Entries (bulk or otherwise) made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. If it becomes apparent that someone is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’ or any other automated means, that person’s entries will be all disqualified and any prize awarded will be void.

How will the prize draw work?

Gift of Kit will conduct three separate random prize draws facilitated by a digital random selection tool, within five (5) working days of the competition closing date, one for each available fixture. Entrants will only be included in draws for the fixture(s) they selected at the point of entry. Except as set out in these Terms and Conditions, the outcome of each draw will be final.

Each prize will be awarded to the individual entering on behalf of an eligible winning team. The winning entrant will be responsible for accepting the prize within the required timeframe. Tickets will be allocated by Hilton and issued as e-tickets. Seat locations will be determined by the ticket issuer and cannot be selected or changed.

Forfeiture and Redraw

If a selected winner cannot be contacted, does not respond, or does not confirm acceptance of the prize by the stated deadline (being no later thanfive (5) days [CG1] after notification), the prize will be deemed forfeited. In such circumstances, Gift of Kit reserves the right to select an alternative winner at random from all remaining eligible entries for that fixture. The same process will apply until a valid winner has accepted the prize or the prize is withdrawn.

Ticket Usage

The tickets are for exclusive use by members of the football team the winner entered on behalf of.

Anyone of any age can use the tickets, but children under 14 must go to the game with an adult.

If you and all of your guests can’t make it to a game, you must tell Gift of Kit by contacting helpdesk@giftofkit.com as soon as you can. If this happens, Gift of Kit will draw another winner from the list of entrants.

You will have to pay for all other costs and expenses linked to this prize draw. This does not include any transport to and from the game.

You must behave in a responsible manner and, in particular, you must not behave in any way that may incite violence or cause offence to other spectators or to any employees or guests of Wembley Stadium connected by EE.

Can I change the tickets for something else?

No, you can’t change or negotiate the tickets.

There’s no cash or other alternative if you don’t use the tickets for any reason. This includes if a game is cancelled, abandoned, postponed or replayed for reasons we can’t control.

You’re not allowed to sell, transfer, or exchange the tickets we give away. If you try to do any of these things, Gift of Kit will draw another winner from our list of entrants.

How will I receive my tickets?

A few days before the game, your ticket will be transferred to you in PDF format by Hilton to your email that you provided when you entered the prize draw.

What will you do with my data?

Gift of Kit will process your personal data in line with its privacy notice and UK data protection laws for the purpose of carrying out the Survey and picking a winner for the prize draw only. You can read more details in Gift of Kit’s privacy notice here: https://giftofkit.com/privacy

Before you decide to take part in the prize draw, it’s important that you understand how we’ll collect and use your information. Please take some time to read this information.

What information will you collect and how will it be used?

We’ll collect your name, email address, telephone number and confirmation that you’ve opted into the prize draw.

Can I access, change or delete my data?

You have the right to access your data and ask Hilton and Gift of Kit (as applicable) to change or delete it. To make a request to access, change or delete your data, please email privacy@Hiltonbank.com or privacy@giftofkit.com (as applicable). You’ll receive a response within one calendar month.

Will you share my data with any other organisations?

Yes, your information may be shared with The FA and/or Wembley Stadium connected by EE for administration of the tickets. We will not share your data with any other organisation.

What else do I need to know?

We can refuse your entries or refuse to give you tickets if:

you breach these terms and conditions
you breach any law or regulation that applies
you break Wembley Stadium connected by EE’s terms and conditions
in our opinion, you behave in a way that goes against the spirit of the prize draw

If this happens, Gift of Kit will draw another winner from our list of entrants.

You accept any prize at your own risk. We won’t compensate you or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death which happen as a result of you accepting the prize – unless it’s caused by our negligence, or that of a third-party acting on our behalf. Your statutory rights are not affected.

By accepting these terms and conditions you agree that we may use your name and county of residence to announce that you’re a winner, as well as for any other reasonable reasons related to the prize draw. You also agree to take part in any Hilton publicity related to the prize draw. You can object to this by emailing us at privacy@Hilton.com and privacy@giftofkit.com. If you do object, we might still have to share this information with a regulatory body if they request it, like the Advertising Standards Agency.

About these terms and conditions

If there’s any conflict between these terms and conditions, and any other communication about the prize draw, these terms and conditions will apply.

We hope we don’t have to, but Hilton can alter, amend, or close the prize draw at any time without giving any notice. This includes reasons outside of our control, e.g. The FA withdraws the tickets.

These terms and conditions are governed by English law. Any disputes that happen in relation to these terms and conditions will be settled only in the English courts.

Stay in The Game

These are the terms and conditions (“Rules”) that apply to the Hilton Stay In The Game Programme (“Programme”) by entering the Programme, each entrant agrees to these Rules and confirms they have read and understood the Gift of Kit Privacy Notice at www.giftofkit.com/hilton/privacy-policy

This Programme is run by Kit For Sport Ltd ( Gift of Kit), Unit 7, Gate Farm, Sutton Benger, Chippenham, Wiltshire, SN11 8FR registered in England and Wales (10425917), on behalf of Hilton Worldwide Ltd, registered in England and Wales (SC022163), 191 West George Street, Glasgow, United Kingdom, G2 2LD (Hilton).

Entry period: The Programme opens for entry at 12:01 am (UK time) on 15/10/2025 and closes at 11:59 pm (UK time) on 5/11/2025 (“Entry Period”). The Entry Period may extend at the discretion of Gift of Kit or Hilton

Eligibility:

To participate in the Programme, submissions must be made by an adult (18+). Submissions must be on behalf of an amateur football team (players aged 6 and over), or school which must meet the following criteria in order to be eligible;

i) The team must be registered or in the process of registering with the relevant nation’s governing body
ii) Teams not yet formed will be expected to provide evidence of their County FA affiliation application.

iii) Teams must be registered to compete in a league affiliated to their home football association for the 25/26 season.

iv) Schools do not need to adhere to terms i,ii and iii.

All genders are invited to apply on behalf of their team, provided their team fits this eligibility criteria. Players within chosen teams that identify as trans or non-binary are eligible for support.

A limit of one (1) entry per team applies to this Programme.

Internet access is required to enter the Programme.

Gift of Kit reserves the right at any time to require proof of eligibility in such form as Gift of Kit reasonably considers necessary.

Not Eligible: The following persons are not eligible to enter the Programme: (i) any employee or other individual engaged by either Gift of Kit or Hilton or any of its associated companies; (ii) members of the immediate family and/or household (whether related or not) of any of those individuals; and (iii) anyone else professionally involved with the operation or administration of the Programme (iv) Teams who have an existing contractual relationship with a kit manufacturer, kit distributor or sponsor that prohibits them from wearing the kit provided by Hilton.

How To Enter: To enter the Programme, entrants must complete the following steps during the Entry Period: visit www.giftofkit.com/hilton (“Programme Website”) and complete all information specified in the entry form during the Entry Period including providing your email address.

Programme Support Package: There are a minimum of fifty (50) packages to be distributed through this Programme (“Programme Support Package”) across England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.

One set of sixteen (16) football kits. Jerseys will have the Hilton logo printed on the front. Each jersey will have a squad number printed on the back of the jersey.
16 sports bras.

Sports bras may be awarded to teams aged 11 and over in the under 12 age group.

Programme Support Package conditions: The following conditions apply to the Programme Support Package:

The Programme Support Package is non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative is available.

Gift of Kit has the discretion to vary or swap a programme support package if appropriate, or if it becomes necessary for reasons beyond GoK’s control.

Programme Support Package selection:

Eligible entries will be split into four categories:

Women’s football teams of players of 18 years old or over
Men’s football teams of players of 18 years old or over.
Girls teams of players under 18 years old.
Boys teams of players under 18 years old

These four categories will be entered into separate random draws facilitated by a digital random selection tool and administered by Gift of Kit. Distribution of the Programme Support Package will be split evenly across the categories. Gift of Kit reserves the right to delay the selection of recipient teams if reasonably necessary. Copies of the selection can be obtained by contacting helpdesk@giftofkit.com.

Programme Support Package recipient notification: The recipient teams will be notified using any of the contact details supplied via the entry form on the Programme Website provided at the time of entry. Recipient teams will be notified within one (1) week following the selection. Gift of Kit will make reasonable efforts to contact the recipient teams, but it is the recipient team’s responsibility to monitor their voicemail and email account, including any junk mail folder, for receipt of the notification.

Claiming the Programme Support Package: The recipient teams must accept their preferred Programme Support Package by confirming their eligibility and acceptance within five (5) working days of the date of the initial notification. The recipient teams must reply via email to helpdesk@giftofkit.com. Failure to confirm acceptance by the deadline may result in the Programme Support Package being forfeited and the selection of an alternative recipient team. Alternative recipient teams will be selected and notified as set out above and must claim the Programme Support Package within five (5) working days.

Programme Support Package Delivery: To order the Programme Support Package, an email will be sent to the recipient teams’ email address asking them to complete their order via a secure ordering platform. The recipient teams will be required to select the colour and design from a specified range, and to specify the sizes required. All kits are subject to availability. Gift of Kit reserves the right to substitute shirt styles in case of low or unavailable stock. Teams may receive a different style but we will not substitute colours for the outfield kit without the recipient team’s permission. We reserve the right to substitute the colour of the Goalkeeper kit.

Following successful completion of the order, the kit will be distributed within six (6) weeks of the order placement to the address you provided on the Programme Website. Kit distribution may be delayed due to circumstances outside the Gift of Kit or Hilton’s control. Gift of Kit will notify the recipient of any delays.

Publicity: By participating in this Programme, each entrant agrees for their teams to take part in reasonable publicity connected with the Promotion if requested and that Gift of Kit and Hilton are entitled (but not obliged) to use the winning teams name and image in connection with such publicity. Each entrant agrees that Gift of Kit and Hilton may share, publish or promote any image, video, text or other content submitted or uploaded to any website in connection with this Promotion on its corporate website, blogs or its Facebook, Instagram or Twitter account.

Gift of Kit will seek permission to share any image, video or other content that includes players under the age of 18 years.

If you do not wish for Gift of Kit to share your video, text or other content, please contact them at helpdesk@giftofkit.com and be sure to include your name and contact information.

Liability: Gift of Kit and Hilton will not be liable for: (i) any loss that is not caused by Gift of Kit and Hilton (or any person acting on their behalf); (ii) any loss caused by any event or circumstance beyond Gift of Kit and Hilton’s reasonable control; (iii) any loss of profits or revenue, loss of anticipated savings or loss of goodwill. However, nothing in these Rules limits or excludes any person’s liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or for any matter for which it would be illegal to limit or exclude liability. In particular, consumers have legal rights in relation to products that are faulty or not as described and services which are not performed with reasonable care and skill and these legal rights are in addition to and are not affected in any way by anything contained in these Rules. Further advice about consumer rights is available from any local Citizens’ Advice Bureau (https://www.citizensadvice.org.uk/) or local Trading Standards office (https://www.gov.uk/find-local-trading-standards-office).

Gift of Kit warrants, represents and undertakes:

i) that all kits shall be manufactured, produced and retailed in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to; manufacturing laws and regulations; product safety laws and regulations, consumer laws and regulations; and e-commerce laws and regulations; and
ii) that the administration of the competition mechanism outlined in these terms and conditions shall comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Gift of Kit shall indemnify Hilton for any loss or damage arising from breach of subsections (i) and (ii) above.

Interference with the Programme: Any attempt to deliberately damage or undermine the content or legitimate operation of this Programme is prohibited and may be a violation of criminal and/or civil laws and in these circumstances Hilton reserves all its rights and remedies.

Cancellation and variation: Gift of Kit reserves the right to vary, suspend or cancel the Programme and/or these Rules if it considers it necessary or appropriate to do so, including if there is any actual or anticipated breach of applicable law or if variation, suspension or cancellation is necessary due to an event outside Gift of Kit and Hilton’s reasonable control. In the event of cancellation, the Programme Support Package may be awarded to a recipient team drawn from entries received prior to cancellation.

Disqualification: Gift of Kit reserves the right at any time to disqualify entries or entrants (including the recipient teams) that Gift of Kit and regards as being in breach of these Rules, any applicable laws, any terms and conditions referred to in these Rules or the spirit of the Programme.

Disputes: If there is a dispute about the Programme or these Rules, Hilton’s decisions are final. If there is a dispute between these Rules and any other document referred to in these Rules, these Rules take precedence to the extent necessary to resolve the conflict.

Law and jurisdiction: The Programme and these Rules are governed by English law, and any disputes arising in connection with them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except that residents of Scotland may also bring proceedings in the Scottish courts.

Personal data: Entrants acknowledge that any personal data of entrants processed in connection with this Programme will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Notice at www.giftofkit.com/privacy-policy

Hilton Towels Giveaway

Promoters and Roles
This giveaway is being administered by Kit For Sport Ltd (trading as Gift of Kit) solely for the purposes of collecting applications from eligible grassroots sports teams. Gift of Kit is not responsible for the fulfilment, quality, condition, or delivery of the towels. Towels will be distributed directly by Hilton Worldwide Ltd (“Hilton”) at their discretion.

Eligibility

Open to grassroots sports clubs based in the United Kingdom only.
One application per club is permitted.
Applications must be submitted by individuals aged 18 years or older.
Hilton and Gift of Kit reserve the right to verify eligibility at any stage and to disqualify any entrant acting in breach of these terms.

Application and Selection Process

Applications will be accepted via the Gift of Kit website at www.giftofkit.com/hilton/towels
Allocation of towels is strictly on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability.
Submission of an application does not guarantee allocation of towels.
Gift of Kit will compile and transfer the eligible applications to Hilton, who will be solely responsible for fulfilment and delivery.

No Cash Alternative

Towels have no cash value and cannot be sold, transferred, or exchanged for cash or any other product.
No alternative will be offered if towels are declined or undelivered.

Use of Personal Data

By submitting an application, you consent to the processing and transfer of your data to Hilton for the sole purpose of administering fulfilment and delivery.
All personal data will be processed in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).

Fulfilment Responsibility

Hilton will manage all aspects of towel packaging, shipping, and delivery.
Hilton will supply a minimum of 20 towels per successful applicant.
Gift of Kit bears no liability for delays, non-delivery, condition of goods, or any fulfilment-related issues.
Any queries relating to delivery must be directed to Hilton once applications have been passed on.

Publicity and Media

Some recipients may be contacted for optional participation in campaign-related publicity.
Participation in publicity is voluntary and not a condition of eligibility or receipt.

Cancellation or Amendment

Hilton and Gift of Kit reserve the right to amend, suspend, or cancel this giveaway at any time without prior notice.
Any changes will be communicated via the official Gift of Kit website or social media.
