Survey Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

- The promoter is Gift of Kit.
- The prize draw is open from Tuesday 14 April 2026 to Friday 24 April 2026. Entries received after 11:59pm on Friday 24 April 2026 will not be included.
- To enter, participants must complete and submit the survey form during the entry period.
- Entrants must be aged 18 or over.
- Entrants must be entering on behalf of a UK-based grassroots football club.
- One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
- The prize is £250 cash for the winner’s team.
- The prize will only be paid to an official club bank account. It will not be paid to a personal bank account or to an individual.
- Only one entry per person is permitted unless otherwise stated.
- Gift of Kit reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant and to request evidence of age, club affiliation and club bank account details before awarding the prize.
- If the winner is unable to provide suitable club bank account details, Gift of Kit reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
- Survey responses may be shared with third party partners for research, insight and programme development purposes, but no personal information will be shared.
- Personal data will be handled in accordance with Gift of Kit’s privacy policy: www.giftofkit.com/privacy-policy
- Gift of Kit reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the survey or prize draw where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
- By entering, participants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
- English law applies and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
