To create a lasting footprint for Kia in grassroots by utilising their network of 180 dealers.
The objective was simple, encourage test drives of the new Kia models.
We designed a programme which created a “kit fund”, utilising Kia’s £60 CPA per test drive. This meant the programme was virtually cost neutral for Kia and its dealers.
By connecting each dealer with clubs within a 15 mile radius, we created local activation on a mass scale.
Clubs registered to be matched with their nearest dealer, and the dealers selected those to support.
Each club attended a kit presentation and handover event at the dealer site.
Each club then hosted a test drive day at their ground where the latest Kia models were displayed.
We built a bespoke website for clubs to register, they were then matched and assigned to their nearest dealer.
A clever dealer portal allowed the dealers to see which clubs had registered in their area.
With the click of a button they could select which clubs to support and the chosen clubs were granted access to the Kia kit store.
We took care of producing the kits, ensuring each dealer logo was printed on the shirts, and delivered them to each dealer.
